Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at skymarkgroup.io (the “Site”), operated by SkyMark Advisory Group Inc. (“SkyMark”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What These Terms Cover

These Terms apply to your use of this Site only. They are not a contract for consulting, advisory, implementation, or any other professional services.

If we work together, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties - such as a statement of work, services agreement, or order form. Nothing on this Site, and nothing in these Terms, creates a services relationship, a quote, or a binding offer, and nothing here modifies the terms of any agreement already in place between us.

Who We Are

SkyMark Advisory Group Inc. is a ServiceNow consulting and platform-governance advisory firm based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. You can reach us using the details on our Contact page.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes, to learn about our services, and to access the materials we make available.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, any account, or any system or network connected to it.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, or by scraping, scanning, or probing it in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Circumvent any security, authentication, rate limiting, or bot-protection measure we use.
  • Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal information through our forms.
  • Copy, republish, resell, or redistribute Site content except as permitted below or with our written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

Our Content and Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this Site - including text, graphics, layouts, logos, images, and downloadable materials - is owned by SkyMark or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view, download, and print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notice, and you may not use our content to build or market a competing product or service.

Resources and Downloads

Some materials on the Site - such as templates, guides, and governance packages - are made available after you submit a short form. These materials are provided for general informational use.

They are starting points meant to be adapted to your own organisation. They are not certified, audited, or guaranteed to meet any particular regulatory, contractual, or internal-control requirement, and you are responsible for reviewing and adapting anything you use.

Information you submit through our forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

ServiceNow is a registered trademark of ServiceNow, Inc. Other product, company, and platform names on this Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them to describe the platforms we work with and the partnerships we hold. Their use does not imply that those owners endorse SkyMark, except where we state a partnership explicitly.

The Site may link to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services that we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party site or service is governed by that party’s own terms.

No Professional Advice

The content on this Site is general information about our services, our approach, and platform governance practices. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and it is not legal, financial, tax, compliance, or security advice.

Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of Site content alone. For guidance specific to your environment, please get in touch so we can understand your circumstances.

Availability and Changes to the Site

We aim to keep the Site available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Site - including pages, materials, and features - at any time and without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site or its content will be accurate, complete, current, secure, or uninterrupted.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyMark and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of - or inability to use - the Site or any material obtained from it. This applies regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the cookies and similar technologies we rely on. Please read it alongside these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms. Please check back periodically.
